End User License Agreement

getcurrencyconvert.com grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our currency conversion tools and data for personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with this agreement.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to: (a) Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the service. (b) Use the service for commercial redistribution without our explicit written consent. (c) Use automated systems or software (scraping) to extract data from the Site at scale. (d) Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden our servers.
3. Ownership
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, in the service and its content are owned by getcurrencyconvert.com. Your use of the service does not transfer to you any ownership rights.
4. Updates and Changes
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without notice. We may also update this EULA periodically; your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
5. Termination
We may terminate your license to use the service immediately and without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of this EULA.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
